Great week training! I went to the gym four times and did two bike rides. It’s the most I’ve done in a week for a long time. I’m enjoying the gym and trying to build some strength. I’m still waiting for the bike so I still can’t fully get into the swing of practising on the bike. The diet has also been interesting to follow. It’s high in protein with evil carbs restricted. It’s not too bad but I do miss my sweet treats and sarnies. Living in Cornish pasty land is also difficult as I wander on home from the gym my nose picks up delicious wafts of pastry, meat and veggies. Mmmm getting hungry just writing about it! A fantastic week again for fundraising! I’m hoping it continues! Up to 2000 pounds!
