After a tough gym session, I ventured out for my longest ride so far. My goal for the trip is 32km every day for 5 days followed by a rest day. I did 26km today in 75 minutes. Not a bad pace but I’m pleased to complete the ride with only a few short water breaks. As you can see in the video, I’m pretty tired. It’s been a long week with lots of exercise. I’m looking forward to getting the feet up on Sunday. Woop woop!
